How will I receive my cameras after purchasing?
We offer self-collection at Hougang/Kovan/Sengkang MRT.
We also offer FREE tracked mailing upon request for all orders using our courier partner, NinjaVan. If you want to use an alternative delivery method, please contact us on instagram, telegram, or tiktok.
Are there any warranties/guarantees for your digicams?
We do not provide warranties for our digicams as all our digicams go through a triple-testing stage.
triple-test? what do you mean?
♡ first testing, our dedicated supplier tests the cameras as per our request.
♡ second testing, we test the cameras when we receive it and charge each battery for approximately 30 minutes before commencing the tests
♡ third testing, before we send the cameras out to you, we ensure all the functions are working as described as well as film a video of the camera in working condition (video available upon request after purchasing)
any defects will be stated in the listing and sold at a lower price so do purchase with a peace of mind!
testing process:
1. we charge the batteries and test the voltage with a digital multi-meter to ensure the battery is healthy by looking at the voltages
2. most importantly, we check if the camera is able to take clear pictures and that the flash is working, as well as ensuring LCD screen has no defects
3. we check the lens for any scratches, dust spots, or fungal growth
4. all the basic functions (e.g zoom, focus, buttons responsiveness, memory card compatibility
